Great exercise to lengthen your hip adductors…. Give this exercise a try and you’ll feel the difference opening up your hips. Exercise: Frog eccentric adductor- Start in a hands and knee position. Slightly tuck your pelvis and brace your core. Have 1 knee on a slider or a towel and slow and controlled allow your knee to slide outwards as far as you can control and that feels good.
