Home Cooking Sessions: Crispy Chilli Beef. My take on the Chinese classic! Full recipe below 👇🏽😍🥷 - 1. Grab yourself a nice steak (~350-400g) - I used a ribeye. Wrap in clingiflm and place in the freezer for an hour to firm up 2.
