Memory integrity off due to Incompatible drivers
2022年9月3日 · I have a Surface Pro 7, i7, 16GB RAM, that I have been using for months. Recently a Windows Security Action recommendation popped up in my taskbar. Under Windows Security / Device Security / Core Isolation / Core Isolation Details the Memory integrity button was OFF & said "Your device may be vulnerable."

The battery has gone bad and I need to know what it costs to send the unit to Microsoft to replace the battery. I would also like to know what the time frame would be from the time I send the Surface to you to the time I get it back.

2024年8月20日 · One of our staff uses a Surface Pro 7. The device is like a mini furnace. It gets hot very quickly and verges on being too hot to touch, and it is not even working hard. I was carrying out basic maintenance on it: Windows updates and sfc, and the heat was incredible. I have downloaded the Surface Pro diagnostic tool, and it says it is healthy.

2021年10月26日 · Out of nowhere I've encountered a very frustrating issue with my surface pro 7. The charger works and is keeping my laptop alive, but as soon as I unplug the charger it shuts down. The charge stays at 0% and doesn't increase. Any ideas for how to fix this? I've researched a bit and I haven't been able to pin down a more recent solution.

Specific parts of the screen don't recognize touch at all like the far left side of the screen and other parts like the very top and bottom recognize touch very poorly. I have tried all recommended fixes from Windows Support and nothing worked!
