2019年11月9日 · If you go Window>Shapes you can load the Legacy Shapes and More. Thank you so much Jeff, although it took me a minute to realise you meant the 'Window' menu on the toolbar. I'm sure I'm not alone here. I kept opening the shape menu on the 'Custom Shape' toolbar. See screenshot folks, just in case!!

2021年2月24日 · You are looking in the options bar. To find the legacy shapes, open the (newish) Shapes panel from the Window menu and use the panel menu (the lines in the upper right). See the screenshots that c.pfaffenbichler posted earlier in this thread.

The Shapes panel is new, and the speech bubble shapes that the OP asked about were not considered "Legacy" in older versions. I remember arguing with someone claiming to be an Adobe dev on a major gaming forum in 2018, about the viability of Adobe producing a full Photoshop app given they discontinued and refused to support the previous version.
