2017年1月12日 · Hi, maybe this is an stupid question, but I have a lot of almonds on the tree now, only some of them fell and I tasted one, it tastes very good, it's not so dry and hard like the ones you let ripe more in the tree or like the ones you buy at the store, but it tasted good would it be a problem for my health to eat them being uripe?

2019年4月3日 · My garden only gets sun after 12 noon, and some plants don't seem to like that, like my fig tree, for example. Tomatoes and squash also did not do well, either. I have had success with pineapples and calamondin oranges, and I would like to plant more dwarf fruit trees, or other fruits or vegetables, if they will handle the conditions.

2016年3月9日 · It was the first year that that the sweet type fruited for us. The tree is so pretty when it has new growth flushes. Only a few fruits on the tree...it was good, very sweet no sour...different flavor than a mango. Not sure which type I like better. While the sweet sour type is putting out some tastey mango plum like flavor.

2014年6月20日 · If you want a large mango tree in SoCal, I would recommend planting a Manilla/Champaign type mango seed in the ground and grafting it with a named cultivar of your choice once the seedling reaches about 1 year of age and is about pencil thick. If you graft, make sure to use scions that are swelled up really nicely and ready to push new growth.
