Jul 21, 2021 · No. Generally, the rule I follow is characters can only be children if the players are children. If I'm teaching kids to play then yeah they can play as kids. But it's always weird when an adult wants to play as a child and commit war crimes. Kids can play kids, adults can play older teens (at the youngest) is my rule.
