2017年8月20日 · Drs said his heart had adjusted to the bad Aortic valve and when that blood flow was normal, it could not adjust to new haemodynamics thus causing his already bad Tricuspid valve to fail. He was extremely short of breath. Even more so than before the TAVR surgery. He was old with severe heart failure and could not recover.

I'm scheduled for an angiogram next week and depending on the results, the decision to go ahead with the surgery will be made.

2016年7月24日 · I had a bicuspid valve and aortic aneurysm repaired 12 weeks ago and am doing fine. Because of the aneurysm a TAVR valve is not an option. Make sure your surgeon has experience with the types of procedures she is having. While it was difficult, cardiac rehab made a world of difference.
