I also take a capsule of Acetyl-L-Carnitine before and after my workouts while on keto. Supposedly it is supposed to help in the mobilization of fats to energy.

May 20, 2012 · Add in avacado, eat a whole small one about 2 hours pre-training. There is no reason your energy levels should be drained on keto, you should feel great. Try any of the preworkout supplements like nitraflex or animal rage , they have no carbs.no sugar. Im currently taking nitraflex and helps alot.

Jun 10, 2010 · I've done both, and while PSMF does produce faster fat loss, the loss is not proportional to the reduction in calories. So (as an example) on a 1400 cal keto diet, you might lose 2lb a week, on a 700 cal PSMF, you might lose 3lb a week. Also, you need to come off PSMF carefully, or you get a huge rebound weight gain.

May 7, 2012 · Having used the old Hydroxycut Hardcore as well as an OEP + Alpha T-2 stack, I will say that my current EC stack seems to be the most effective. Not to mention the bang for the buck. I got mean medicine head from the OEP + AT2 stack. The EC stack has a secondary benefit of being a great decongestant.
