Feature Sunset: With the launch of ASA, we will be ending official support for Primitive+, Split Screen, and Procedurally Generated Maps. These aspects of the game will not be ported to the new Unreal Engine 5 version.

2023年10月30日 · Temporary fix for sunrise/sunset fps issues. As soon as you notice your fps start to tank due to sunrise or sunset, put in the command “r.shadowquality 0”. Your game won’t look the best but it’ll stop the lag. Then once it’s fully daytime or fully night time put in the same command with a 5 instead of 0. Archived post.

Use the r.ShadowQuality 0 command. The reason for this is that shadows from far away trees and mountains are rendered. When it is not sunrise or sunset fps doesn't tank. r.ShadowQuality is by far the most fps changing command especially if you have view distance set to high or epic.
