Wallpaper Engine - Reddit
When using normal wallpapers the clock, battery etc color automatically adjusts to the wallpapers brightness. For example a bright Wallpaper turns the clock and stuff black. I have not gotten this to work with Wallpaper Engine. I want to use a bright Wallpaper, but the clock and stuff is still bright white and hard to see.

I know that on one of my computers, Wallpaper Engine can cause significant fps drops while playing some games. That having been said, you can easily work around this. In the settings for Wallpaper Engine, you can have wallpaper engine pause or stop backgrounds when other applications are focused, maximized, or fullscreen.

Not using white/high-contrast mode.
