Need help analyzing results. Low AHI but still sleepy
2024年9月24日 · I've been diagnosed with OSA, ~20 AHI and have been using CPAP for around 10 months. For the first few months, I've already got pretty good results (AHI < 2), and even better results at the moment (AHI < 1). However, I've a problem waking up many times (>5 times) in the early morning everyday, and feeling very sleepy and tired in the afternoon.

2024年10月26日 · RE: Sleepy, too many arousals? My new cervical collar should arrive today, tried the old collar that I am returning, as it is too small, supposed to be a large. The night got better once I fell asleep, but after waking up the 2nd time, could not get the cervical collar to fit comfortably, so that part of the night went not so well.

2024年9月15日 · RE: AHI of 1, but still sleepy, napping, dry mouth I am the person who suggested using EPR 3. The reason I did back at the start of this thread is EPR controls Flow Limits and the ResMed machine raises the pressure when it finds flow limits.

2024年9月5日 · The problem is that I'm still so sleepy that I have to have several cups of coffee, and even then I can barely make it through the day. I bought an SD card and downloaded Oscar, and to me everything looks like it should: there are only two events, and my AHI is 0.27.
