CoSign signature placement is password protected. I believe placing a digital file from any staff person would violate many state's regulations.

2016年6月1日 · RE: Sealing & signing drawings electronically. The practice in our office is pretty simple. The Architect uses a rubber stamp on a piece of paper, then signs and dates the seal. The seal is scanned and inserted onto each sheet in the drawings and the date of the drawings are reset to correspond to the date on the seal.

This is the definition I have seen the most often: Conformed drawings (and specs) incorporate all changes made during the bidding period, including contractor proposed changes. This is then used as the construction set. In my office, we just call this the construction set.
