2021年2月7日 · If you have an SVG Smart Object placed in a Photoshop document, you can double click it in the Layers Panel, and it will open in whatever vector image editor you have set up on your system to open SVGs, so you can edit it, save it, close the vector editor, and the changes will update in the Smart Object.

Photoshop merely has some vector editing capabilities in it's raster code base but is not designed to be a full-fledged vector editing application. If you wish to edit SVG files, a more apprpriate tool would be an actual vector editor such as Illustrator or InkScape. Or.... even a text editor to alter the SVG XML is more appropriate than Photoshop.

You go to a vector layer, shape layer, text layer - basically any non-rasterized layer that you have in Photoshop and right click on that layer to choose 'Export As...' this will allow you to pick SVG from the drop down list in the top right.

An .SVG file IS a source file. It isn't layers in the Photoshop/Gimp sense but it absolutely can be picked apart. Use an SVG editor - that would be Illustrator or Inkscape. Alternatively, if you want to get real crazy you can open the .SVG in any text editor and look for the values you want to change which for colors would be in Hex format #nnnnnn
