Upgrading from LibreOffice 7.5 to LibreOffice 24.2
2024年4月8日 · I currently have LibreOffice 7.5 on my Windows 10 computer and wish to upgrade it to LibreOffice 24.2. Since this is a completely new version number (v7 vs v24), do I need to uninstall 7.5 before upgrading? Or will 24.2 overlay 7.5? Everything I’ve found on the site talks about upgrading within the same version.

People may have reasons for wanting an earlier version, including that they use an older operating system (e.g. OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard) and are unable to upgrade to a newer one, or they want to security assessments of earlier versions.

2017年10月7日 · It’s much easier to edit a .odt than a .pdf in LibreOffice. Even easier is to click on File in Writer, click on Export as PDF, then, under the General tab, put a check in the box for Hybrid PDF. This will set Writer to embed an ODF file in the PDF when you export to PDF.
