2019年3月28日 · You can schedule video visits online at kp.org or by using the Kaiser Permanente (KP) app. If you are unsure whether your symptoms qualify for a video visit, call the Kaiser Permanente appointment line at 800-777-7904 (TTY 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Follow the link in your email reminder or go to video visits. Select “Join your visit.” Sign on using your kp.org user ID and password. If you don’t have a user ID, forgot your username or password, or have trouble signing in, click “Temporary access.”
