2020年1月12日 · The LPs both have p90s, The SG has the 490r and 498t combo, and the Explorer has the Voodoo 496r and 500t slug pickups. They all sound different, but have such different pickups and wood it's hard to say what difference the body style and pickup location make. The Explorer is definitely less bright than the SG though, whilst maintaining clarity.

When I got my Explorer it had some neck dive but I changed the tuner knobs from Grover Metal to Plastic and removed the tremolo wrench holder it made a big difference. I am adjusting to the Explorer and the more I play it the more I like it.
