2009年4月14日 · Hi girls, so I have recently started an ECA stack (without the aspirin). I was told to just start with 12mg of E and 100mg of C twice a day because I am pretty tiny (skinny fat :-( ) I'm desperate to lose some fat and gain some muscle, wondering ...should I be taking this eca stack before I go to the gym?

2011年6月8日 · Well I guess an update.. I continued to have chest pains up until a couple days ago even though I stopped taking the Ephedrine. A few days ago I even had a couple weird palpatations at the gym after being on the stationary bike for 55 minutes. Before all this ECA stack stuff I had never ever had any problems during cardio.

DLPA stacks well with most everything and adds mood elevation and energy. 2021年6月5日 · Hey guys had a question regarding the eca stack. Does it make a difference if you’re fully consistent and do it straight for lets say 2 weeks versus taking it 14 times in lets say 18 days. These are just examples but basically wanted to see if it made a difference since as far as I know this isnt something that builds up in your system.
