Buckeye lake would get my vote,shallow waters.Fish with wax worms under a float around the marsh area in close,around docks,crane lake (the little lake) or around the islands.Hold onto your rods good though as channel cats are always quick to gobble up a wax worm too.

2014年5月19日 · There are signs at 3 meadows pond in P-burg that ask you to catch and release. There is a large pond and a small pond. Both hold fish, but the large one is much better to fish. There are lots of small sunfish, bluegill, and also lots of small LMB. We have pulled out some very large LMB, but most are small.

2010年2月4日 · Today bluegill fishing was real slow, northeast winds muddied up the East Harbor pretty good wait a couple days. Also went thru Catwba State Park there was not car or ice fisherman in the whole park, seen lots of open water. Had some friends fly to Put-N-Bay caught 34 walleyes some 8 and 10 pounders 2 shy of there limit.

It does not patter which pond you fish, just fish! I caught about twenty last week that were all over fish ohio limits! I caught over 50 per day, the average being about 8 inches.

Stopped for some lunch then got our bait at the mom & pop bait shop. We got to the lake at around 12:45; my grandson had 5 bluegills before I even got my line in the water.

They even wondered about a viral infection since they had run into a similar event earlier in the day. The pond is rather mature and does have a lot of weeds.
