I've gone to 25, 33 for over a year. My c cystatin GFR is 35. My PCP and my nephrologist have said many people live years at this level.

2017年11月17日 · I have CKD. At stage 4 I also had some dizziness. Mine turned out to be associated with the CKD, anemia and orthostatic BP. My doctor has been monitoring labs and adjusting meds. I also keep salt down and stay well hydrated. I've not needed dialysis yet (came close) and currently don't need a transplant.

My husband who is 75 is in stage 4 kidney disease according to his gfr. His last Gfr was 27. That sounds terrible to me, but his nephrologist says he is stable. He is not diabetic. His creatinine is 3.2, albumin 4.1. Phosphorus, sodium, calcium, potassium are all normal. His blood pressure is controlled by medication.
