Behavioral Health Services - SUS
S:US’ respite provides a safe, secure and supported home-like environment for people experiencing an emotional crisis. Lengths of stay are 1 to 28 days, and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by people trained in supporting others to transform a crisis into an opportunity.
Veterans Services - SUS
Reintegration to civilian life is the toughest challenge veterans face. This is true for those who served decades ago or in recent conflicts. State Funding Issued For Renovations To The Bushwick Group …
2024年11月14日 · A $75,000 grant was recently issued for renovations to a group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities located at 999 Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Funding was facilitated by State Senator Julia Salazar to Services for the UnderServed, the organization that operates the group home.
S:US Welcomes Home 63 New Yorkers
In addition to the apartments the building also has a library, computer room, backyard, sunken courtyard and a rooftop garden. This supportive housing is home to low income individuals from the surrounding area who were formerly homeless and who are in recovery from mental illness.
