Unable to scan using windows apps, using Lexmark MC3426adw
2020年12月28日 — Now, it doesn't. To re-iterate "Prints fine, just cannot scan using MSFT apps.". I contacted Lexmark and they had me install their generic scan tools and that works fine, it's just the MSFT apps (Windows Fax & Scan as well as the 'Scan' app) that are no longer working. Printer drivers and network twain drivers are installed.

2021年4月16日 — When I installed all the Lexmark drivers and software it worked okay but extra features always mean more entries to get a result, when mostly I want a straightforward print or JPEG scan. The Microsoft print driver works fine, perhaps I will just have to use the Lexmark scan software even though it isn't my preference. regards, Brian

2015年9月1日 — Since I upgraded to windows 10 when I try to scan to my computer it scans to paint instead. Lexmark no longer supports this printer and suggest updating drivers to windows 8.1 which I did. It didn't help. Do I really need to get a new printer like lexmark says?
