The Ashville Apothecary is a locally owned, independent pharmacy located in Ashville, Ohio. Serving the northern Pickaway County area for over 35 years, the Ashville Apothecary specializes in the intimate relationship between the pharmacist and the patient. Located in the heart of historic old town Ashville, Ohio for over 35 years, the Ashville Apothecary moved location in the summer of 2014 to it's new address, 3400 St. Rt. 752 Ashville, Ohio 43103. Started in 1979, current owner Bob Mabe named his pharmacy an Apothecary based on the the customized attention and medication he offered to his patients. This continues today as the pharmacy offers specialty compounding, immunizations, medication therapy management, and personalized attention to their patients. An old fashioned pharmacy museum is available at the new location that is free to view on appointment basis.
