For the Raconteurs shows, July 19-20, 2019, Ticketmaster is selling standing room in the pit, then selling the normal orchestra seating, fronting onto the pit. How can customers sitting in the front orchestra seats see the stage, with people standing in the pit?

Sorry, have not been to an event at the Queen E that had standing room in the pit, sounds weird. I’d choose a seat in the mezzanine.

I went to the Shen Yuen concert , all recording devices were not allowed to be used . This probably included tablets . I don't believe any one can stop you from carrying it or using pre concert. Some performers have no problem with electronic devices used during their shows . Every performer has different standards. As for the bags . I found the seating small and not comfortable . Keep in mind the bag will be on your lap or at your feet . Sometimes this makes getting up or letting others pass difficult . Like I said the seating seems cramped .
