Sure, it is worth it. It could be considered as a Nile River Cruise as well since you will visit the garden through a sailboat. But consider the following: - Arrange for an experienced guide. - Arrange for a good camera. - Best timing after 15:00 pm. - Usually this trip to Botanical Garden is arranged with Nubian Village visit as well, so it is better to arrange for both one time. Have a nice time.

I wasn't in a wheelchair but would say it would be difficult. The felluca I hired I had to climb across several boats. you'd have to make sure you got one tired close to the dock. they were …

The felluca I hired I had to climb across several boats. you'd have to make sure you got one tired close to the dock. they were also tied with their bows inward so the boat would have to be turned sideways (and there isn't a lot of room between the boats) to board. once onboard, you'd be fine. at the gardens, I remember climbing up one set of steps from the boat. then another flight if have 15-20 steps. depending on which Botanical gardens you've been to, I wouldn't expect too much. My mother worked at the Chicago Botanical garden, and I've been too many around the world. Aswan's was disappointing but I wanted to get away from Aswan.
