My question is how accessible the animals and birds are to photograph....meaning would I be shooting through fences or other obstructions, or are they fairly out in the open? Also, what is the best time of year to come, or is there a best time? I'm mostly interested in birds rather than alligators. Thanks, Christal Steele

Many of the birds are fenced in, but there are also birds that fly freely. I don't think you should have any problems getting some great photos.
